Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by your English-speaking driver/guide who will brief you about your safari. Begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest and one of the most beautiful parks in Uganda. En route, you will enjoy scenic views and may make brief stopovers for refreshments. Once in the park, you will visit the top of the falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge and plunges powerfully down, creating a breathtaking scene.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise on the Victoria Nile
After an early breakfast, set off for a morning game drive in the park’s northern sector where you may encounter lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, and a variety of birdlife. Return to the lodge for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile, culminating at the base of Murchison Falls. This trip offers sightings of hippos, crocodiles, and water birds such as the kingfisher and shoebill stork.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, you will check out and begin your transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through scenic countryside and rural villages. This park is renowned for its diverse ecosystems including savannas, wetlands, and lakes that support a wide variety of wildlife. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and relax for the evening.

Day 4: Game Drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park
Start your day with a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains where lions, elephants, hyenas, and antelopes roam freely. Return for lunch, then embark on an afternoon game drive or optional nature walk to further explore the park’s biodiversity. Optionally, you can spot tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector depending on time and accessibility.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Batwa Visit
Following breakfast, set off for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. En route, pass through Ishasha for chances of spotting the tree-climbing lions. Upon arrival in Bwindi, check in to your lodge. Later, take an evening cultural walk to visit the Batwa community, the original forest dwellers, where you will enjoy traditional songs, dances, and storytelling.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before you begin your mountain gorilla trekking. This once-in-a-lifetime experience involves hiking through dense forest until you find your assigned gorilla family. You will spend up to one hour in their presence. After trekking, return to your lodge for lunch and freshen up. Later in the afternoon, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most beautiful lakes in Uganda known for its numerous islands and tranquil atmosphere.

Day 7: Return to Kampala or Entebbe
Enjoy a relaxed morning by the lake, and after breakfast, embark on your drive back to Kampala or Entebbe. En route, stop at the Equator for photographs and a possible souvenir shopping experience. Upon arrival in the city, you can either rest or prepare for the next leg of your East African safari.

Day 8: Fly to Kenya – Giraffe Center and Nairobi City Tour
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Kenya. Upon arrival in Nairobi, your Kenyan guide will meet and transfer you to the Giraffe Center, where you’ll have the opportunity to feed endangered Rothschild giraffes. Later, embark on a city tour of Nairobi, including markets, local craft shops, and cultural sites.

Day 9: Transfer to Amboseli National Park – Visit the Masai Village

Day 12: Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Day 13: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Evening Game Drive
